Shipping & Handling

Most orders are shipped within three business days (Monday - Friday) of receipt, based on availability of merchandise. A customer service representative will contact you should there be a delay in shipment. Because Mignon Faget jewelry is hand-crafted, some pieces may require four to six weeks for delivery. Each design is shipped in an exclusive Mignon Faget gift box. Jewelry designs are packaged in a tarnish preventive pouch with care instructions.

• Jewelry and HOME purchases are shipped separately.
• We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
• Shipping prices are within the United States only.
• We are unable to accept or ship international orders.
• All jewelry purchases are shipped via UPS.
• All jewelry purchases over $1,000 must be shipped signature required and insured.
• A signature required shipment carries an additional fee of $3.25 for the customer.
• All HOME purchases are packed to prevent breakage and shipped via a premium ground service.
• Packages are picked up and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Packages are not shipped out on Saturday or Sunday.
• Orders placed on the website after 2PM will be processed the following business day.
• For "Shipping Calculation Unavailable" at checkout, customers will be contacted with a shipping quote.
