In stock items are usually shipped within 1-3 business days, depending on availability. If Special Order items are included in your order, they will ship separately. Your card will be charged all at once for the total price of your order.
All jewelry comes in our signature jade green anti-tarnish pouch. Gift wrapping is available at checkout and the packing slip will not reveal the purchase price.
If you are not delighted with your purchase, merchandise will be accepted in the mail order department for return only if the items are in un-worn, saleable condition within 30 days of purchase and are accompanied by a receipt. You can use our free Return Label Generator to create a UPS shipping label and ship your return to us to start your return.
Refunds on returned merchandise will be issued only if an original receipt is received within the package. If a receipt is not received for a return/refund item, store credit will be issued. Refunds with receipt are given to original card or financing method used in purchase. Gifted purchases are eligible for exchange or will be issued a non-refundable store credit.
Special orders and last chance items are not eligible for return or exchange. Free returns do not apply to repairs and return shipping charges will apply at the time of the repair.
