Tax Information

Mignon Faget is required by law to collect sales taxes on orders shipped to Louisiana addresses. No tax is charged on orders shipped outside of Louisiana.

• For shipments to Orleans Parish the applicable local tax is 9%
• For shipments to Jefferson Parish the applicable local tax is 8.75%
• For shipments to East Baton Rouge Parish the applicable local tax is 9%
• For shipments to Lafayette Parish the applicable local tax is 5% (until December 1, 2015.)
• For shipments in all other Louisiana Parishes the applicable sales tax is 4%
