If you are not delighted with your purchase, merchandise will be accepted in the mail order department for return only if the items are in un-worn, saleable condition within 30 days of purchase and are accompanied by a receipt.
Refunds on returned merchandise will be issued only if an original receipt is received within the package. If a receipt is not received for a return/refund item, store credit will be issued. Refunds with receipt are given to original card used in purchase. Cash purchases will be issued a bank check. Gift recipients are eligible for exchange or will be issued a non-refundable store credit.
Special designs, fragrance or clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange. Free returns do not apply to repairs and return shipping charges will apply at the time of the repair. Free returns are not eligible for our wholesale customers and return shipping charges will be applied to your account.
